The Whole Story

Years of Dedication to Perfecting My Craft

I think what I value most about my work is the variety of challenges that I get to take on. One day I can be working with an established artist who trusts me to capture "their" sound and create a really killer mix. The next day I might be with an up-and-coming artist, providing arrangement ideas before even touching the technical side of things.

No matter the scenario, I let the client develop their own unique sound, and If that is still not quite developed I help guide them and help that sound come out, I will  suggest changes when I’m sure they will add something to the finished product.b At the end of the day sometimes very long days, I'll reflect on what I do this for and it comes back to the same, I do it for the Music.

Music has been my passion, love and Life since I was a small child, I learned how to play Guitar, Drums and numerous other instruments, But it wasn't enough, I wanted more, I remember reading the liner notes on an LP Elvis Presley or maybe it was Kiss, and Kept seeing Engineered and Mixed By,(Insert Name here) I always gravitated to the technical, I always loved recording, and the process, I was fortunate enough to be Mentored By A person I admired and respected Vic Steffens a Legend in the Connecticut Music Scene, and His Mentor Paul Leka, They taught me everything I needed and more (Enough to be Dangerous) And I use it everyday, I am very Hands on and I will stop at nothing get your sound !  If this approach appeals to you, contact me to book a studio session.
